- Proof of purchase is required

2. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and may vary depending on your country of residence, except in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items where we cover the return shipping.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

6. EU Customers (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU law.
Items must be returned unused and in original packaging.
